This report identifies and proposes policy reforms in four priority areas, namely (i) dismantling non-tariff barriers and accelerated trade and investment facilitation for enhanced global competitiveness; (ii) expanded infrastructure connectivity in transport, energy, ICT and networks, particularly through the development of southern corridors, for reduced trade costs; (iii) creation of a competitive, transparent and resilient financial markets for enhanced liquidity through, interalia, deeper EAEU-led financial cooperation; and (iv) reduced vulnerabilities to the increased occurrence of natural disasters and intensified climate change effects that increasingly know no boundaries.
